BLK Publishing Co., Inc. was founded in 1988 to produce a series of company-owned magazines. We began offering graphic design as a separate service in 1994, and in the years that followed added other publishing-related services such as copy writing, editing, photography and print management.

In 2003, we extended our range to handle print sourcing in addition to design. We now have in-house capability for short-run electronic printing and bindery. And we have a reach that extends across the nation and overseas for acquisition of promotional products.

With periodicals encoded in our DNA, custom publishing remains our specialty. BLK Media Services, as we are now known, is a comprehensive, print communications company with a reputation for creativity, quality and reliability.

We are recipients of a Premier Print Award—colloquially known  as a Benny—the most prestigious award in the printing trade. We have also received multiple Apex and Communicator Awards.

BLK holds professional memberships in AIGA, SND, LAIDUG, ASI, and PPAI.
